Throughout these Terms and Conditions, references to "OriginForge Studio", "we", "our", or "us" refer to OriginForge Studio Ltd.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. About OriginForge Studio

OriginForge Studio Ltd develops digital products, software solutions, websites, mobile applications, business systems, creative media, books, animations and other technology-based projects.

Current projects may include:

• Forge365
• Liquid Metal
• The Roots of the Realm
• Client software development projects
• Website development projects
• AI-assisted digital solutions

3. User Generated App Concepts

OriginForge Studio provides tools and services that allow users to submit software concepts, specifications and project ideas.

By submitting content you confirm:

• You own or have permission to use the content.
• The content does not infringe third-party rights.
• The content is lawful and non-malicious.
• The content complies with applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your original ideas and information. This section covers the idea, concept or specification you submit to us - the software subsequently built from it, including under a Free Build Trial, is covered separately in Section 4.

OriginForge Studio may use general methodologies, techniques, development knowledge and experience gained during discussions unless restricted by a separate written agreement.

4. Custom Development Services

Separate quotations, proposals or contracts may apply to bespoke development work. The specific deliverables, timescales and pricing for a project are set out in the applicable project agreement or proposal for that build, in addition to these Terms.

• Delivery dates are estimates unless agreed otherwise.
• Client cooperation is required.
• Client delays may affect schedules.
• Additional work outside an agreed scope may incur additional charges.

4.1 Free Build Trial

Where OriginForge Studio offers to build a project on a trial basis at no upfront cost (a "Free Build Trial"), the following applies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

• During the trial period, you are given access to an interactive, working version of the agreed build through your OriginForge Studio account, so that you can use, evaluate and test it.
• Access during the trial is for evaluation purposes. It does not constitute delivery of source code, hosting handover, or transfer of ownership of the software, and the build may not be exported, copied, decompiled or otherwise removed from the environment we provide during this period.
• If you choose to proceed and pay the agreed price, the deliverables, ownership, licensing and any hosting or handover arrangements will be provided as set out in the applicable project agreement for that build.
• If you choose not to proceed, or the trial period ends without payment, your access to the build is withdrawn. Any of your own content, data or business information that you entered into the build during the trial remains yours, and reasonable steps will be taken to allow you to export it, separately from the software itself.

5. Forge365 Platform

Forge365 is proprietary software owned by OriginForge Studio Ltd. Features, pricing and availability may change without notice.

• Service interruptions may occur for maintenance.
• Features may be added, modified or removed.
• Services may be discontinued where necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, branding, source code, documentation, Forge365 systems, images, animations, videos and written materials remain the intellectual property of OriginForge Studio Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Bespoke software or applications built for a specific client as part of a custom development project, including under a Free Build Trial, are addressed separately in Section 4 above and in the applicable project agreement for that build, rather than by this general clause.

7. Liquid Metal Project

Liquid Metal is an original creative property owned by OriginForge Studio Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OriginForge Studio Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Technical failures beyond our control

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services including:

• OpenAI
• Google
• Firebase
• Microsoft
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Payment Providers

11. Acceptable Use

• No unauthorised system access.
• No malicious software uploads.
• No disruption of services.
• No unlawful activity.
• No prohibited reverse engineering.

12. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. OriginForge Studio Ltd complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
