What's the catch? There must be hidden fees.
There's no catch, but there is a reason we can do this. We only take on a limited number of free builds each month, and we scope the project clearly upfront so both sides know exactly what's included before we start. You'll see the full scope and the fixed price we'd charge if you go ahead - in writing - before we build anything. If you need extra features beyond that original scope, we'd discuss that separately, but the core build and the 30-day trial cost you nothing, full stop.
Who owns the app and our data if we don't go ahead?
Good question, and one worth asking before any software gets near your business. We put this in writing before day one: during the 30-day trial you have full usage rights to the app, and your data stays yours, always. If you decide not to continue, we simply revoke your access and the app doesn't go live for you beyond the trial period - but you can export any data you've entered first. Nothing about this locks you in, and nothing about it puts your business data at risk.
How do I know the quality will actually be good if it's free?
That's the whole point of the model - we're not incentivised to cut corners, because our only way of earning your business afterward is by delivering something that genuinely works for you. If we build something mediocre, we don't get paid. If we build something excellent, you'll want to keep using it and we'll have earned a client.
